This was White Glove service. They even Texted my phone and stayed in touch the whole time. These kicks were 12 years old. I hadnt worn them in over 3. They rolled the time back on them and now I can rock like new all over again. I tried cleaning them on my own to no success. So I sent them already cleaned and they made them better!

Whoever did this work is going to be invited to be in my wedding party because we’re best friends now.

While I appreciate the Cobblers for definitely improving the shoe overall I was hoping for more. I guess some shoes are literally beyond restoring.

Overall. I was happy and satisfied. For the price I paid, I’m thankful. I did thought my suede was gonna come back a little smoother and even all over but it still came out great. Definitely would recommend and use service myself in the future.

The cobblers fixed my limited sneaker that I accidentally took the dye off with a shoe cleaner. It would of lost so much value being it goes for a lot on the resale market. Thanks so much!

More so than anything I would like everyone to know about their customer service. They are awesome! When I received my shoes back there were a couple of issues that I wanted to discuss. Nothing major. A representative contacted me and not only resolved the matter but provided me with suggestions on how to keep my shoes looking like a million bucks. I can’t wait to send them more work

I sent in some SB Dunk Challenge Reds in for a re-dye and they came back looking brand spanking new! I will come back for any of the services they offer after my first experience with them. 100%! These shoes were beyond saving. I mean I totally trashed them. I used them when renovating my home, tracked through India in them, I even wore them to burning man. They were trashed. I thought it would be impossible to bring them back. The Cobbler definitely exceeded my expectations!
