Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to restore your items instead of buying new.  Our marketplace partners with the top artisans in the country and we want you to be completely satisfied with the final result. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. By placing in order on our marketplace, you agree to the following refund policy:

  • Refunds will only be granted for restoration services that have not yet been started. Once work has begun, we cannot issue a refund.

  • Please submit a cancellation request through the My Account, self service portal on our site. We will issue a full refund within 5 business days. Deposits will be refunded, net of a $10 quote request fee

  • If you are not satisfied with the final result of your custom restoration services, please notify the artisan directly via the Inbox the within 7 business days of receiving the completed work. Please review the agreed upon services and provide detailed photos of any issues. All communication must occur through the inbox.  

  • On the rare occasion the artisan is unable to meet your expectations and you are still not satisfied with the revised work, we can issue a partial refund up to 50% of the total cost of the restoration.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is fraudulent or if the issue is a result of customer negligence.

We strive to provide high-quality custom restoration services and want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the final result.
