My sneakers went from very dirty to virtually brand new. The only thing I would say I wouldve liked is for the suede to be restored back it's original blue. It still came back pretty faded. But maybe that requires a repainting service. Which brings me to an Issue I have with the process in general. I wish I could receive pictures of the finished product before it gets shipped just in case I see something I'd like to address or a service I would like to add. Instead I get pictures when the product has been shipped back to me making it too late to make any changes or additions, and leaving me to have to send my sneakers back to you as soon as I get them. It becomes a quite a hassle.

They did a great job on my Yeezys. I didn’t think they could be so clean again. Would recommend 100% but skip the oxidation removal. It made my soles slick.

They told me they way not be able to get some of the stains out of my sneakers, but when I received them back they were excellent lily cleaned and they definitely got all the stains out!!

I sent 3 pairs of Jordan retro 1"s, from this order I have only received 2 pairs and I am still awaiting my final pair that required the most work, and let me tell you, I was AMAZED!!!! my sneakers had plenty of wild nights on the town, stains, yellowing on the side sole, and a couple of scratches and even some discoloration on the shoe. Once the first pair arrived I was amazed instantly, yes it wasn't cheap, even with the 50% off discount as a first-time buyer" but I did send 3 pairs", but once I saw the finalized product, to me it was a great investment based on the current value of the shoes. It's like having brand new shoes all over again for around 30% of the original price I paid for them originally. I will continue to send out Sneakers and some of my wife's purses and shoes now that I saw the quality of their work, my only recommendation is only to send a shoe or item that is worth the investment based on its value.

The process was seamless and very quick. The final product exceeded expectations.

I tried your product because I applied for a position with your company. I generally like trying the product as a customer (I did not get an interview). Everything was great and very impressive. There was something I would change. During the buying process, I was informed that I would get free shipping. Yet when checking out I was charged $7.50 for shipping. I found out that over 100 dollars or something you got free shipping but I had an expectation of free shipping. This issue = a chat with you representative-increase of contact propensity. (Please don't get me wrong I did not care, and still don't. I think the service was great.) I am only telling you as a VOC.

I felt the communication was very strong and the process was super easy. I dusted off an old pair of Military Blue AJ 4s that are almost 15 years old. They look like a year old pair of shoes, not 15! Paint is popping, stains are gone as well as many of the creases. Couldn't be happier!

Even though they were not able to fix the problem. Support was nice enough to refund the purchase and I’m definitely looking forward to trying it again.

Took a little longer than expected but so definitely worth the wait! I have a pair of white Nike Joyride shoes that I thought were toast. The Cobblers gave them new life. I especially loved the quality control inspection card that was in the box when I opened it up. Bravo!

In all honesty, I didn’t think my shoes would come back. A pair of Off White Air Forces that have dirt literally in the shoe and are yellowing is hard to clean. When I first received the pictures of the finished product I was a bit disappointed. However, in hand the shoes were completely different than the pictures. They look a lot better in person and the cleaning on them was impeccable. It is a hard shoe to clean and I wasnt expecting much to be done. But I do have to say, whoever cleaned my sneakers did a great job. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend The Cobblers to anyone who needs a quality shoe clean. Thanks again !
