I’ve used this bag once when my daughter asked to borrow it….and the clasp on my strap broke I tried ordering different pieces off of Amazon, order replacement straps from MK and no luck. Almost 3yrs my purse was sitting in my closet still broken & I was about to throw it away when I came across your site on IG.
