Upon receipt of your items, our artisans will further assess the services needed for restoration. The cost of your order might increase depending on the assessment. We will promptly contact you to discuss any increase beforehand.

Cleaning:

1. Although we use the finest cleaning products on the market and our artisans handle every item with the utmost care, cleaning may cause shoe and bag materials to buckle, peel, and become tender, stiff, and brittle. In the case of shoes and bags of a certain age (5+ years), susceptibility to material breakdown is possible after cleaning.
2. We cannot guarantee that our deep clean will meet the original condition. We will, however, do our very best to get it as close as possible.
3. Shrinkage of all material types is unpredictable and may occur.
4. Cleaning may cause bleeding, slight shade change and top finish change on all material types.
5. Insect bites and scars on leather skins, which were covered over by the manufacture, could show after cleaning.
6. Existing breaks and skin lines may be more apparent after cleaning.
7. Cleaning may cause existing hardware pieces to bleed onto all material types.

Deox:

1. Oxidation is a natural process that occurs over time from moisture and air and is inevitable. The oxidation will return to the shoes gradually over time after the oxidation removal service is performed.

Shoe Repair/Handbag Repair/Alterations:

1. We cannot guarantee that all restoration requests will meet the original condition. We will, however, do our very best to get it as close as possible. In the case of shoes and bags of a certain age (5+ years), susceptibility to material breakdown is possible.
2. The feel and texture of leather will slightly change after paint, dye and refinish service.
3. The original metallic finish of a patent leather will slightly change after paint, dye and refinish service.
4. As with all paintings, our painted restorations are expected to crack over time. We use the industry’s top artisans, tools and paints to ensure the item will hold up as long as possible.
5. Plastic and rubber accessories (wings, heel tabs, logos etc) of Items that are 5 years or older could be potentially damaged to the point we are unable to restore to the original condition.

Custom:

1. No refund of custom work.

Sole Swaps:

1. When performing a sole swap we do our best to align the new sole or midsole to the original shoe to have a seamless alignment. Due to the changes in manufacturing, a full flush alignment is not always obtainable. We, however, do our best with donor soles to ensure we achieve the cleanest finished result possible.
2. In the case of shoes of a certain age (5+ years), the original materials are often very delicate which leads to damage, cracks, or even stress during the sole swap performance. Since our artisans must fully dismantle older parts of the shoe, remove existing glue, and physically align and press in the new parts, the shoe does undergo some stress which can cause this damage.
