Requesting a quote is 100% free.
There’s no cost to explore your options—send us your item and receive a detailed repair estimate with no obligation.

If you choose to move forward, we require a 50% deposit via credit card to get started. This allows us to assign your job to the most qualified artisan in our network and begin the restoration process without delay.

Once your item is beautifully restored, you'll receive a digital review for approval. The final 50% is only charged after you’ve approved the artisan’s work.

Your artisan can be reached directly via chat by downloading Craftyz Customer App.

Important Notes:

• Your item(s) will be approved to ship after full payment is received.

• Late fee's and storage fees may apply to unpaid balances after 30 days.

• Orders with payments not completed within 6 months of the original repair date are subject to disposition.
