Following, a quote will be given, which reflects the recommendations of our experts and overall necessities of your item(s).
3 - Have Your Item(s) in Hand at the Consultation
When attending your virtual consultation, please have the item(s) you want restored with you, so a Luxury Expert can assess, examine, and provide next steps. You will use your video camera on your phone or computer to show the expert what needs to be done! Easy as that.

Using the most pristine dye and paint, sure enough, this handbag was completely transformed. The service included a full redye of the iconic leather-woven chain, as well as the leather attachments. It’s all in the details.

Every luxury owner’s worst nightmare is the logo detaching from the respective item. In this case, the Louis Vuitton logo disconnected from the crossbody bag. Our Artisan did what he does best – repair. The Artisan disassembled the bag, opened it up, and reinstalled the logo. After screwing the logo in, the Artisan proceeded to carefully stitch the leather back together. Applying his finishing touches, this Louis Vuitton crossbody bag is ready for use again, with better days ahead.

No problem for our Master Artisan who worked his magic on these and brought them back to life! Replacing the foam and technology used in the heel tab; the Artisan matched the glossy silver material to replicate the original. Stitching and filling, these sneakers are refreshed at last and ready to be worn again.

This beautiful quilted Chanel bag needed a strap repair. Our master Artisan, Jim Strong, was able to replace this leather piece by carefully matching the dye hues, resewing the cord and then carefully weaving it through the Chanel chain.
