2 Do I need to ship my item?
Most clients ship their items to us using the prepaid label we provide. For select locations, in-person drop-off is available at our Miami and Boca stores. Your item will be routed to the artisan best suited for your repair.
3 How do I get a quote?
Simply send us photos or book a quick virtual evaluation. We’ll review your item and provide a personalized estimate, including a menu of recommended services so you can choose exactly what you’d like to proceed with.
4 How long will my repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 30–60 days from the day we receive your item, depending on the complexity of the work. Some restorations may take longer if special materials or hardware need to be sourced.
5 What materials do you use?
We use only the finest quality leathers, fabrics, and dyes—matching the original grain, color, and texture as closely as possible. Every restoration is handled with premium materials to preserve authenticity and value.
6 Do you re-dye bags and shoes?
Yes. We can re-dye many materials, though we’ll first evaluate your item to ensure the dye will take correctly and achieve a perfect finish.
7 When do I pay?
A small deposit is required to begin your repair, with the balance due once your item is complete. You’ll receive a payment link before we return your restored item.
